In planning events Barbara Rae works up to two years in advance, hence museums and galleries requesting solo exhibitions should allow for a long preparation time.
Small scale exhibitions
Occasionally, for academic institutions and commercial galleries, small exhibitions can be slotted into a busy schedule, but again, please give us reasonable warning.
Artwork available all-year-round
Around the United Kingdom a number of small, selected, localised commercial art galleries carry Barbara Rae’s prints, but if none are available in a gallery near you, or none suitable illustrated on this site, please contact Gareth Wardell.
Regular exhibition venues
Barbara Rae organises one or two large scale solo exhibitions at various times in the year, usually in Edinburgh during the Festival period, and London, selected work at the Royal Academy Summer Show, and the Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh.
Intuitions and officially appointed commercial galleries that carry Barbara Rae’s work include: The Royal Academy of Arts, London, the Open Eye Gallery in Edinburgh, The Adam Gallery in Bath, the Portland Gallery in London, and the SO Fine Art Editions in Dublin.
